  • The dates are: Sept. 25-27 checkout on Sept. 28
  • Hotel: Radisson Hotel Cincinnati Riverfront, located at 688 West 5th Street,
    Covington, KY, across the river from the Cincinnati waterfront.
  • Rate: $99.00 per night plus tax & includes breakfast daily.
    This rate is applicable for 2 days before & 2 days after our dates for those who would like to extend their stay.
  • Hotel Concessions: 1. Hotel will provide a welcome sign in the lobby. 2. Complimentary coffee in the lobby every morning. 3. Complimentary parking 4. Complimentary airport shuttle.
  • Reservations: Call the hotel directly at 859-491-1200 or Radisson reservations at 800-333- 3333. You must identify yourself as a member of the 9th AVRS Squadron to receive our special rate. Reservations may also be made at www.radisson.com.
  • Cutoff Date: All reservations will be held until 12:00AM, August 26th. Unreserved rooms will only be available on a space & rate available after this date
  • Check In: 3:00PM. Hotel will try to accommodate early arrivals. Baggage storage available
  • Check Out: 12:00PM. Late checkouts will be reviewed on individual basis. Please check with the desk.
  • Advance Payment: Reservations must be guaranteed with one night payment by credit card, check, money order or cash.
    We will be working on an itinerary & will try to get it out to you asap.
    We are hoping for a great turnout & looking forward to seeing all of you again & also our new members.
