Looks like the Day Room in the center with the private auto repair shop at left. There was some previous discussion about that house on the right, across the road. I didn't remember anything being there but there it is.

OK, I don't recall that there was anything on the other side of the road (outside of the Orderly Room). Certainly not all the 'open' space seen in the foreground
