I remember that this gentleman was "minding" a small shop along a narrow street in Naha. The street was barely wide enough for a skoshi cab to make it one way, but they still made it both ways. The time was around noon and there were only a few shoppers moving around the area. Maybe this was the time for shopkeepers to rest and be ready for the evening rush !
