Shuri-jo in 2014-15

This is Shichagui, the first floor of the Seiden, where the king himself conducted the affairs of state and official ceremonies.
The raised stage in the center of the room, called Usasuka, served as the king's throne.
The king would descend from the second floor by the stairway in back and take his seat on the Usasuka.
