There are many ways that I remember my days on Okinawa ever since the 1970s. One sure fire meansof remember- ing is to recall the people. Images don't do it all though. I need to find a way to capture the aroma! The scent of the island - mostly favorable - leaves an ever-lasting impression. Short of that, here are a dozen ways that I can recall.
