Shuri-jo in 2014-15

The bell on display is a replica made from a mold of the original bell in the possession of the Okinawa Prefectural Museum, to reproduce the bell as it appeared when it was originally cast.

The building is called Tomoya. The exact function of the Tomoya is unknown. Both the bell and Tomoya were restored in the year 2000.
