HIRAMIYA SEAWALL Art Competition organized by Uruma City Board of Education, the Okinawa Oil Terminal Co. Ltd. and the Ryukyu Paint Co. Ltd. Wonderful collection of students' artworks adorn the seawall of Henza as you approach Miyagi Island. The project began in 2016 and this video features all of the paintings from 2016-2022. They are slowly deteriorating from exposure to the elements so this is a means of preservation.
